Indications:

Diaphyseal or humeral shaft fractures approximately 5 cm proximal to the olecranon fossa with closed epiphyseal lines for:

Compression features Interfragmentary Compression can be achieved in the following types of humeral shaft fractures-

Compression should not be applied in the following fractures- spiral fractures, long oblique fractures &
longitudinally unstable fractures.

Universal nail for antegrade or retrograde approach & for left & right humerus
The special alignment of holes in the nail ensures optimal positioning of locking bolts in both the approaches
lateral bend located 55 mm from the proximal end allows an off axis entry site to help minimize damage to the articular surface
Cannulated nail with a round cross-section
Compression locking of cannulated nail can help close a transverse or short oblique gap that is up to 8 mm wide
Small calibre, cannulated implant inserted after reaming helps in reducing the hoop stress formation
Available in both titanium & stainless steel
