Indications:

Low and extended subtrochanteric fractures
Ipsilateral trochanteric fractures
Combination of trochanteric and femur shaft fractures
Pathological fractures

Double neck screw nail, for increased strength
Mediolateral Angle of 6 in accordance with the entry point of the nail
Proximal screws inserted at neck shaft angle of 130 degrees
Longer nails, up to length 460 mm for femur shaft fractures
Proximal dia. 17 mm
Self-tapping 6.5 mm Cannulated screw (most proximal screw) for rotation stability
Both the proximal screws- 6.5 mm, 7.5 mm feature insertion stop
Distal dia. 9, 10, 11 & 12 mm, enable unreamed insertion
Static & dynamic distal locking options
Available in both Titanium and Stainless Steel
